Privacy Policy

Feasly Technologies Ltd (DIFC Registration No. 10981) ("Feasly", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit feasly.com, request access, contact our team, or use our real estate modelling platform at app.feasly.com and its connected features (the "Service"), including Feasly in ChatGPT. Read the ChatGPT privacy and support notice for the information exchanged by that integration.

Our processing is subject to the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and its applicable amendments and regulations. Other data protection laws, including the EU or UK GDPR, may also apply depending on the circumstances.

We act as controller for website enquiries and our account administration. Where we process personal data within your organisation's project content on its behalf, the applicable service agreement and data processing terms also govern that processing.

3.1 Account and contact data

We collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company or team, role, reason for contacting us, and any project note or message. Account registration and support may require additional information relevant to your request. Required and optional fields are identified on our forms.

3.2 Service usage data

We process the project information you provide, including financial assumptions, property and tenancy information, notes, uploaded files, original import files, saved versions, model changes and generated outputs, to deliver the Service. When you use the Analyst, this can include your messages, conversation history and relevant model context. Voice features process the audio you submit and the text needed for transcription or spoken responses. You retain your rights to your project content.

Provide only information needed for the task. Where possible, use project or tenant reference codes instead of personal names. Check the whole file, including its filename, notes and embedded metadata, before uploading. Do not submit payment-card data, protected health information, government-issued identifiers, passwords, API keys or access tokens through the ChatGPT integration. A file-format check does not establish that a file is free of sensitive information.

3.3 Technical data

Our website, hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

3.4 Connected services

When you use Feasly through ChatGPT, we receive the tool request and its parameters, the account and permission information needed to authorise workspace access, and any selected file reference and file needed for an import. We return the requested workspace information, model content, results and operation status. A connection can allow authorised creation and changes as well as reading models. A file selected in the integration is uploaded to ChatGPT before Feasly retrieves it for import; its original contents can then be saved with the model in Feasly. Feasly receives information included in tool requests and selected uploads, rather than your entire ChatGPT conversation merely because you connect.

3.5 Access requests and communications

Requesting access or sending an enquiry lets us respond to that request; it is not a newsletter subscription. If you separately choose to receive marketing updates, we use your contact details for that purpose and provide a way to unsubscribe.

  • To take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to provide the Service under our agreement with you
  • To authenticate users, manage accounts and send service notifications needed to operate the Service
  • For our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, providing support, maintaining the Service and preventing fraud or misuse
  • To meet applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests and maintaining required records
  • With your consent where required, including for optional marketing communications

Our core hosting uses Oracle Cloud infrastructure in the UAE. Supporting services, including website security, email delivery and AI or voice providers, may process information in other countries. The processing involved depends on the features you use and any arrangements agreed with your organisation.

International transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements. Contact [email protected] for information about the providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your use of Feasly, or to discuss specific data residency requirements before using a feature.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure and email delivery providers, including Oracle Cloud
  • Cloudflare for website delivery, security and Turnstile form protection
  • AI and voice providers, including Anthropic for Analyst responses, TypeSafe AI, Inc. (United States) to match an Analyst question to the right saved result, and ElevenLabs for voice features, when those features are used
  • OpenAI for the requests, selected uploads and returned information involved when you use Feasly through ChatGPT; OpenAI also handles your ChatGPT account under its own applicable terms and settings
  • Authentication or other connected services configured for your organisation
  • Legal authorities where required by applicable law or regulation

The information shared depends on the service being provided. For example, the Analyst uses your conversation and relevant model context, question matching uses the question text where that feature is enabled, and voice services receive the audio or text needed for the voice feature. Question text can itself contain personal information or model values if you include them. The saved-model tools in the ChatGPT integration do not themselves invoke the separate Analyst or voice features. Contact us for details of the processing terms that apply to your organisation.

Voice features use ElevenLabs. Optional model-improvement sharing was turned off for new submissions to ElevenLabs. The provider states that this control applies to new submissions; it does not establish that earlier submissions were removed from training. This is separate from live-call settings that disable recording and request deletion of audio and transcript records. Those settings do not establish zero retention for every voice endpoint, security record or backup. Contact us for the processing arrangements relevant to the voice feature you intend to use.

The schedules below cover the Feasly app, its sign-in service and the ChatGPT connection. Separate website-enquiry, email and optional marketing records are handled for the purposes described above and are also considered when responding to applicable privacy requests. The automatic expiry schedules below apply from initial launch. Active saved models remain available until an authorised person deletes them or requests workspace closure. If we later shorten a retention period for existing customer data, we will give affected customers at least 30 days' notice before that change takes effect. A specific legal obligation or your organisation's agreement can require a different period for particular records; it does not justify retaining unrelated model files indefinitely.

  • Saved workspace content: active models, original imports, versions, documents and results remain until you or an authorised workspace representative requests deletion. An intentional copy in another authorised project or workspace remains that recipient's saved copy.
  • Development Trash: deleted Development models remain recoverable for 30 days before automatic permanent removal from active Feasly storage, unless a specific recorded preservation hold applies. Restore a project before expiry if you want to keep it.
  • Routine service records: application, web proxy and database service logs and authentication events are retained for no more than 30 days. Usage analytics expire after 30 days and voice ingress and execution-verification records after 90 days. Ordinary workspace activity records remain with the workspace and are addressed by applicable erasure requests.
  • Support: resolved support requests and attachments expire 24 months after resolution, or are removed earlier following a valid erasure request. Reopened requests remain active until resolved again.
  • Recovery copies: access-restricted recovery copies expire within 35 days, except a specifically justified and recorded hold. Before restored data is made available, subsequent deletions and sign-in blocks are reapplied. Recovery copies are not available through ordinary customer access.
  • Billing and tax: necessary records are retained for the applicable statutory period, including at least seven years after the relevant UAE corporate-tax period where applicable. This does not extend retention of unrelated models, files or conversations.
  • Deletion safeguards: minimal opaque identifiers and deletion records prevent replay or recreation of an erased identity. They contain no model payload, transcript, name or email address and are retained only while needed for that protection and recovery reconciliation.

We respond to privacy requests without undue delay and within one calendar month of receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires. We normally complete valid active-storage erasure within 30 days after proportionate identity and authority checks, and comply with any shorter applicable deadline. If a permitted extension or a specific legal restriction applies, we explain it within the response period. Closing an account removes sign-in access and personal records; shared organisation content requires the organisation's instructions. A sole-workspace closure includes its remaining standalone studies and intake documents only when expressly requested, and saved financial models require separately authorised erasure.

A specific legal or investigation hold records its justification and a review date no more than 90 days away. An overdue review is escalated; it does not silently release the hold. We remove the restriction when its justification ends and complete the pending deletion, explaining restrictions to the requester where legally permitted.

For new voice requests, Feasly records the provider's deletion identifier and requests removal of generated audio and transcripts promptly; live-call records are queued within one hour of creation. Failed requests are retried and escalated. Provider backup, security and moderation retention can remain subject to its own processing terms. Our deletion request does not promise instantaneous removal from every provider system.

Unsaved quick calculations remove their temporary working directory when processing finishes, including handled failures. Copies in ChatGPT are governed by OpenAI's applicable terms, plan and settings. Disconnecting ChatGPT does not delete saved Feasly models, and deleting information in Feasly does not delete ChatGPT conversations or files. For export, permanent deletion or account closure, contact [email protected]; you do not need an active login.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request portability of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or use our contact form and choose Support. You do not need a Feasly account to make a request. Do not send passwords, tokens, model files or unnecessary identity documents merely to identify the request.

Rights are subject to applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also raise a concern with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or another competent data protection authority.

The Service uses cookies and similar storage where needed for sign-in, security and preferences. The website also uses browser storage for display preferences. Our public website does not load optional advertising or session-replay analytics. Any future optional analytics will be described here and subject to any required consent.

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser information. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and operational safeguards to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. For security-related enquiries or details of the measures relevant to your organisation, contact [email protected]. Feasly is designed for real estate modelling and is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal data improperly so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated revision date.
