Who publishes the library
Feasly Technologies (DIFC) Ltd publishes these guides. Feasly makes real estate feasibility software, so this is a vendor publication. Educational articles and descriptions of Feasly's product have distinct purposes.
How the guides are prepared
We use AI-assisted research and drafting. Claims are checked against the cited sources during preparation, and worked examples are calculated separately. A review date records that editorial check. It does not represent independent assurance or professional certification.
Readers can follow sources beside the relevant sections and in the reference list. We prefer standards, regulators, official documentation and original research. A source supports the claims attributed to it, not every sentence in an article.
What examples mean
Worked examples explain a calculation using stated assumptions. Their prices, dates, costs and target returns are not market benchmarks. The treatment of financing, timing, fees and taxes must match the appraisal being prepared.
Library imagery includes AI-generated editorial scenes and illustrations. These support the topics discussed and do not document particular projects or locations.
Global principles, local evidence
Regional guides identify questions and sources to check for a particular project. Requirements can vary by location, transaction, entity and date. A guide cannot replace the project documents or advice from the relevant professional.
Product and competitor claims
Product descriptions should reflect supported workflows. Any future comparison will identify the products, scope, evidence and review date, and make Feasly's authorship clear. We do not treat an undocumented feature as proof that a competitor lacks it.
Corrections and updates
If a guide contains an error or a source has changed, send us the article title, the passage and the supporting source. Updates should change the affected explanation and its review date. A change of date alone is not a content review.
