Feasly Technologies (DIFC) Ltd (DIFC Registration No. 10981) ("Feasly", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website (feasly.com) and our cloud-based real estate feasibility platform (the "Service").

2. Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with:

• DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and its amendments
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL)
• Where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

3. Data we collect

3.1 Account and contact data

When you register for the Service or contact us, we collect: name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number (if provided).

3.2 Service usage data

When you use the Service, we process the data you input into your feasibility models, including financial assumptions, project parameters, and generated outputs. This data is yours. We do not use your model data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

3.3 Technical data

We automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used for security monitoring, service improvement, and analytics.

3.4 AI waitlist and marketing

If you join our AI waitlist or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
• To send product updates and service notifications
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• To detect, prevent, and address security issues

5. Data storage and sovereignty

All Service data (including feasibility models, financial assumptions, and outputs) is stored and processed on cloud infrastructure located in the UAE (Oracle Cloud, UAE East/Dubai region). Your data is not transferred outside the UAE unless you explicitly request it or where required by law.

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Backups are maintained within the same regional infrastructure.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (Oracle Cloud) for hosting and processing
• Authentication providers (for SSO integration where configured by your organisation)
• Legal authorities where required by applicable law or regulation

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data to the same standard we apply.

7. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is securely and permanently deleted from our systems, including backups.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request portability of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
